Exchanges, Returns, & Refunds
* All pre-orders must be paid within 24-hours of invoice date, or it will be canceled.
* Once items have been purchased, they cannot be returned. All sales are final.
-Exchanges may be possible, make sure to reach out and inquire!
-Exchanges can happen (If the item is not sold out).
* If your purchased item doesn’t fit, contact me immediately.
-Approved exchanges must be made within 24-hours of receiving an item.
* Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with an exchange.
-Exchange policy does not include pre-order items.
Pre-Orders

*Pre-Order Items are NOT in stock at Rustic Red’s Boutique*
-Pre-Orders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive.
*Pre-orders are made based on individual selection.
-Pre-orders are submitted at the end of the listed time frame.
-Exchanges cannot be made on pre-orders.
